A successful Director must be willing to volunteer the time needed to help the Board of Directors reach their goal in offering services, awards and recognition to the bowlers of British Columbia from the once a week bowler to the most competitive tournament bowler. Experience is not necessary. Enthusiasm and an interest in the sport of bowling would be considered assets.
